My career began in science and engineering, where I earned a PhD in Materials Science and contributed to the development of a novel artificial spinal disc. This sparked my passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held senior operations roles in manufacturing, technology, and research organisations, leading teams, embedding Lean Six Sigma, and delivering measurable results in efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.
