Business Processes Consultants
About

A directory the way it should have been built ten years ago.

Independent. Opinionated. Free for buyers. Held to a public Standard.

Why this exists.

The single most common message in our founder's inbox is the same question, phrased a hundred different ways: who can actually help me document and systemise my business?

The answer should not depend on which Google ad bid the highest, or which consultant has the slickest funnel, or which platform's partner directory the buyer happened to find first.

Most consulting directories list anyone who pays. We don't. Every listed consultant has cleared a public, named bar — seven items including ex-operator credibility, productised offers, three years of operating history, and a signed commitment to honest scoping and a misfit refund clause.

The directory is opinionated by design. We reject roughly half of applicants and publish quarterly summaries of why. The bar is meant to be visible.

How we operate

Five principles.

How a buyer uses the directory.

Most buyers arrive looking to fix a specific pain — owner dependency, key-person risk, exit readiness, AI-enabling existing processes. The directory is designed to be browseable by category (process, AI, cloud, fractional COO), by industry, and by problem.

Click "Get in touch" on any verified consultant's profile and we'll reveal their direct contact details — email, phone, website, LinkedIn — and log the click so we can report engagement back to them. We don't broker or middleman the conversation. You connect directly.

If the consultant you click hasn't yet claimed and verified their listing, we'll tell you. We won't share unverified contact details.

How a consultant gets listed.

Apply for a listing. Reviewed by hand. If your consultancy fits the directory, we follow up with the full application within a few business days. Approved listings go live with a do-follow backlink to the directory from your site in return.

Listings are free. There is no premium tier, no paid placement, and no lead fee. The directory's value to a consultant is reach and trust, not fees.
